Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
